Now it is cristal clear. After a lot of thinking of go or no go I have finally decided to not miss one of the top notch training event of the year, the Nike Blast that takes places in the Ericsson Globe arena in Stockholm this weekend. The two previous years I have been to the convention in Oslo and it have been unbeatable. Like the class in the attached video with Michael Jackson's former choreographer Tony Stone. Looks fun right? If I was nikiefied before I got more nikiefied after.
Note to the coach: 90 minutes powerrunning to check fot status.
