Training. Castle run tour

Reactions:

From Sunday to Saturday I have felt lika a half of myself because my left foot have not been in running condition. Almost not in training condition at all. Today my running ban was over so when I was done with running my errends in the city I jumped out of my Abercrombie style and into the Nike suit and went for a checkup tour. I had no plan where to run when I left my crib, but the distance of 10 km was cristal clear so I turned on my Nike GPS watch and started. First out was Kungsholmen but when I came to Drottningholm I got the idea of putting a royal touch on this run so I passed the castle where some reception was held. Then I decided to run over to Hagaparken and it was a great decision. The running conditions were perfect with a bit of snow on the ground and -1 degrees. My feets were moving forward and I was not thinking about anything and the run was over before it begun. But 10 km was the distance of the day and I am very happy about that my foot was only feeling a bit strange for the first kilometer so I finished the run with the final kilometer in a 4,15 km/h speed. Happy Saturday!

Note to the coach: 10 km running.
